The first step is to schedule a complementary phone consultation to discuss services and establish if I am the right therapist for you.* All voicemails will be returned within 48 hours, but for the quickest response please email me directly. Individual therapy services are scheduled weekly or bi-weekly on the same day and time which allows for continuity of care and stability in your services.

headway.co is platform used for clients using insurance.

$160 for 55-60 minutes individual therapy

venmo and zelle are accepted for private pay services.

*i am not able to provide emergency or urgent services. If you have recently been hospitalized for mental health reasons, or you are currently identifying as actively suicidal, the services offered are not appropriate for you at this time. The Willow Tree Holistic Mental Health does not provide court-ordered or mandated therapy, services related to child-custody cases, or assessments and services for the sole purpose of attaining disability. At this time i do not offer marriage/couples therapy or any services to individuals under the age of 25.

*All services are provided by phone or video, and office hours are Tuesday-Friday, 8:30a-5:30p, and Saturday 8a-12p
